Ms. Caroline Grist

I have the best job in Blaine County School District! I teach Engineering and Design to all students, Kindergarten through 5th grade, at Hailey Elementary and Bellevue Elementary. Students learn everything from basic structural building to electricity to robotics of all levels. Projects are integrated with science, current events, class unit themes, and engineering challenges. Students use the Engineering Design Process to plan, create, test, and iterate on each project. This helps students learn to fail, while giving them a system to try again until they're satisfied with their outcome.
